Here is your copy of the new July 2018 “Granny Storm Crow’s List” with
over 5,500 pages of links to just about everything related to
cannabis, the cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system.

No matter what your interest in cannabis is, this List is for you. It
doesn’t matter if you are a medical patient, a student wanting to do
an extraordinary paper, a recreational user, a medical professional,
an avid lover of “all things cannabis” or are merely curious about it,
you will find what you are looking for in my List.

For those of you who are new to my List, when you open up one of the
links below, over on the far left hand side you will see a
ribbon-shaped icon. Click it and the index to the articles should pop
up.  The index makes the List much easier to navigate. You just scroll
down the index, then click on the subject that interests you.

This first section contains news articles and is a good place to
start. It introduces you not only to the medical facts about cannabis,
but also to many pro-cannabis sites. I’ve added a short “Beginner’s”
group of articles that gives some basic information that will,
hopefully, lessen some of the confusion for those who are new to
cannabis. Besides articles on the medical uses of cannabis, you will
find articles on its history, how to grow your own, information about
your body’s endocannabinoid system, and even recipes for edibles and
salves.

Section two gives you the latest medical studies- 2015 to July 2018.
All are marked with the date published and whether it is a full study,
or abstract (abst). If you are a student at a college or have access
to some other large library, you may be able to get the full text of
the abstracted studies through them.  This will be the most useful
section for many of you. Most, but not all, of the studies are
positive, so be sure to read and understand them before citing them.
(It would be unrealistic to think that cannabis has absolutely no
downsides.)

Section three used to be part of section two, but the new studies are
coming out so darn fast that it was necessary to divide it up. This
section contains the studies on the endocannabinoid system,
endocannabinoid system genetics and the phytocannabinoids found in
cannabis and a few other plants.  There is also a mini-dictionary at
the bottom that puts some of those new scientific terms into plain
English.

Section four contains the studies dating from 2010 to 2014. Although
these studies are a little bit older, there are some real gems in
here! Don’t ignore them.

Section five is filled with the older studies and news articles. This
section has links to many of the classic studies- Dreher’s study on
infants, The La Guardia Committee Report, as well as some good
old-fashioned reefer madness articles.

This last section composed of studies on the synthetic cannabinoid
receptor agonists (SCRAs). I include them only because researchers are
forced to use the SCRAs because of our anti-cannabis laws.  I would
really prefer to have the List solely about the natural cannabinoids.
However, the SCRAs have been very useful in showing how specific parts
of the endocannabinoid system work, so they have their place.

FYI- The black market SCRAs are often made in countries where quality
control is "optional", so unlike the synthetics that the scientists
are using, the actual chemical composition and dose can vary wildly.
These black market synthetics are NOT as safe as the natural
cannabinoids and have caused several deaths.

Please feel free to share these links with your friends. The whole
idea behind my List is to educate people about cannabis and how it can
heal us. For over 80 years, the truth about cannabis has been
suppressed. It is time for the truth about cannabis! And as my
grandfather once said “If the truth won’t do, then something is
wrong!”
