Plant leaves curling up

That looks like you need to cut your nutrients back a bit, looks like the start of burning on the tips, and also check your pH, looks like soil so check the run off.

Also, how are your temps? Running hot?

Good flushing should help, and then let it dry out.... Are you using tap water, or can you flush with RO or distilled water. Try and get a pH kit, at least the liquid ones, you can sometimes find cheap ones in the pool section, just make sure it's for pH, not other properties, or borrow water. The other option would be to take some tap water to the store and have it tested, or ask a local hydro store for some samples...

So many things could be causing them to do this.

Lights to low, to much heat in the room, fans to close. mg deficient. Iron deficient.

Do you ever add Epson salt? say 1 or two pinches per gallon?

They look fine. If they get worse then flush and check these things I and the others have mentioned.

The flush will happen by next watering.

what does the epsom salt do?

I thought salt build up was bad?

To much "salt" buildup is bad. That is why I suggest using less than the rated amount, which is 1 teaspoon per gallon.
