  1. From the album: Bud Bubbles

Bud Bubbles are glass clear resin orbs with a centered cannabis flower bud encapsulated inside. The resin we use allows each perfectly centered flower bud to show off and magnify its beauty. In addition, you can see even the finest details thanks to added optical brighteners, that not only give the look and hardness of glass, but also resist yellowing over time, unlike many other resins. We strive for perfection here at Bud Bubbles and try our best to remove any, and in most cases, all of the bubbles from our orbs. However, since each orb is lovingly handcrafted, imperfections can happen from time to time. So if a bubble happens to find its way into your orb, we promise it won't take away from its beauty or detail! CHECK THEM OUT HERE https://www.etsy.com/shop/BUDBUBBLES?ref=hdr_shop_menu

  6. Although there was no mention yet of marijuana, we can only imagine the ground they are laying down for the future of legalization of marijuana. Tell me, how can patients get the strains they need if they live in another legal state rather than the state of the producer? How can marijuana travel to those that need it? How can certain strains be tested for scientific reasons, sent from Caregiver to Caregiver across country? When will they stop the reefer maddness of freaking out over a plant? That's the real reefer maddness. http://www.marijuanalawyerblog.com/2013/04/dea-cracks-down-on-shipping-companies-for-drug-shipments.html

  9. The Dope Show: Katie Couric and Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper Speak at Aspen Ideas Festival 2014. 07/02/2014 Colorado hosts the Aspen Ideas Festival, a festival that focuses on open panel discussions featuring different speakers on multiple topics. Katie Couric sat down with Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper to discuss the recent benefits and the unforeseen problems that arose with the legalization of marijuana. Gov. Hickenlooper originally against full legalization was not boosting the successes of the new law, rather he welcomed the issues that bought regret of legalizing recreational marijuana. His always humorous and candid demeanor never failed to prove his now steadfast support of the law. With a mixed crowd of supporters and naysayers the open panel allowed audience members to ask the governor questions or state their person opinion. The governor doesn't view recreational marijuana use in Colorado as an "over whelming success", instead he is aware of the realities and the downfall of legalization. Katie Couric with her journalistic integrity kept neutral with in the discussion at one point asked the governor if he par took in marijuana. With a laugh from the audience the governor, a little unsettled, took a drink of water and answered no. Gov. Hickenlooper stayed focused on the topics of marijuana and it's impact on young developing minds, public safety, tax money distribution, scientific research of cannabis, and regulation of the marijuana industry. Recently here in Oregon marijuana use and children have been in the headlines with a Child Care Center in Salem being suspended for medical marijuana use on the property. The impact of legalization on Colorado's youth has been in the headlines there as well. Children being exposed to useage more frequently, kids getting access, and children being tempted with candy packaged medibles. Again like Oregon infused edible packaging has been an issue also. Kids being admitted to emergency rooms due to consumption of infused candies brought the tempting candy company type packaging to a hault. Showing real concern on public safety like driving while high or working while high have been problems on the rise. The governor talked about new technologies and methods of THC nanogram dedication being implemented by Colorado police. The lack of scientific trails, because of cannabis's narcotic rating, puts marijuana regulations in some tough stops. With the tax revenue in Colorado estimated to generate more then a hundred million dollars by years end, the governor expressed his plans to invest in scientific research of marijuana. Studies like the effects of marijuana on young developing minds, effect of certain strains or concentrates, medical uses, and environmental impact will be funded with the profits of recreational marijuana use. Gov. Hickenlooper admits many of the unforeseen issues derive from the lack of data in the scientific community. It's not for lack of trying by independent labs and researchers but because cannabis sits on the same narcotic rating as heroin, crack, and meth most results have been plagued with legitimacy issues. Questions from the audience ranged from the number of dispensary permits, grower permits, and the probable rise of marijuana usage. With all the issues legalization brought up, Gov. John Hickenlooper is prepared to meet the future of marijuana as a profitable industry. The benefits of the the law include the tax revenue, new technology, school funding, scientific studies, medical benefits, and of course the major hit to illegal drug cartels. Taking marijuana out of the black market and finding a positive production value of the plant has it's ups and down but it's seems to be here to stay and growing from support from state to state across the country. This November Oregon will voting on the legalization of marijuana and may learn from Colorado as they "blaze" a new trail. 10. found this article this morning, can only hope something good comes from it The feds could actually soften their stance a little when it comes to weed. The Food and Drug Administration is reviewing the medical evidence surrounding the safety and effectiveness of marijuana, a process that could lead to the agency downgrading the drug's current status as a Schedule I drug, the most dangerous classification. rest of article here ---->http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/06/24/fda-marijuana_n_5526634.html
  11. see more here www.kptv.com/story/24787557/state-police-portland-man-found-with-117-pounds-of-marijuana State police: Portland man found with 117 pounds of marijuanaPosted: Feb 21, 2014 9:46 AM PST Updated: Feb 21, 2014 9:48 AM PST By FOX 12 Staff - email LAKEVIEW, OR (KPTV) - Oregon State Police arrested a Portland man who they said had 117 pounds of marijuana inside a safe in his SUV. Paul Houfek, 31, was jailed in the southern Oregon town of Lakeview on Thursday. A trooper stopped Houfek's rented 2013 Ford Explorer with Idaho license plates on Highway 140W because it had been speeding as it approached the city of Lakeview, police said. Once Houfek was stopped, a police drug K-9 discovered about 117 pounds of marijuana in 94 individually sealed packages, the trooper said. The marijuana was stuffed into a large gun safe in the back of the SUV - its approximate value is $290,000.
  12. The NFL's annual kickoff game will take place Thursday in Denver, so what better time for a pro-marijuana group to ask the league to discontinue punishment for its players who want to smoke some weed? The Marijuana Policy Project purchased a billboard not far from Sports Authority Field at Mile High (your best "Mile High" joke goes here) to relay the message that marijuana is a safer choice than drinking, and publicly lobbied the NFL to change its policies on marijuana. Last year Colorado passed Amendment 64, allowing for the personal use of marijuana for adults. Washington passed a similar measure. Would have to believe there won't be much mention of this on the NBC broadcast of the Broncos-Ravens game Thursday night. link to article http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/billboard-broncos-stadium-encourages-league-let-players-marijuana-213443709--nfl.html
  13. https://www.youtube.com/embed/kFgrB2Wmh5s?feature=player_embedded The above video shows Colorodo congressman Poll questioning a top DEA official about medicinal marijuana, and it's level of harm in relation to other Schedule 1 drugs. His conclusion is brilliant . . . Must see ! <KZ>
