Got some old WhiteNightmare (f) beans I made to sprout, started 3 and 2 showed tails.  (A couple of weeks earlier I started 5 old TW8 beans and not a single one sprouted)

Hey EK, I've been consumed with other things....but yes...I have an oscillating fan running 24/7. I turned it off for the filming though :-)

The lady Guatemalan I pollinated with the China Yunnan did wonderfully. I've cracked a few seeds already and I'm expecting some interesting developments...

One thing I found out recently from reading DJ Shorts book, is that the more photosensitive the plant is, the easier she will be to clone.

One aspect of a plant being photo sensitive is how quickly they respond to the change to flowering light schedules.............That response points to how well the plants will clone.

Also DJ short recommends potting the clone cutting as soon as white bumps appear on the base of the stem....those pre root nodules are prime to be transplanted.

I've had continued success using this cloner and I'm learning how to use it better with what the plants are telling me...

I'd recommend rubbing the top layer of soil to crush anything you can't see crawling about a little before applying the DE. If you have worms they will eat the DE. I would apply a light layer, a dusting...
A glass/cup with a little red wine, or apple cider vinegar and a few drops of dish soap.....they will through themselves into that solution to die.
popping your head in the tent and telling them they'd better stop breeding because you don't want to be responsible for a genocide...
I've tried the small ball shaped fly traps, the sticks, and the paper...... I'd go with sticks or flypaper, because the traps with fluid in dry out and become useless really quickly because of the grow room conditions..
Spraying with a mild solution, with essential oils or just olive oil....and natural dish soap. 5ml of olive oil, a few drops of Apple cider vinegar and enough drops to emulsify the solution....this sticks their wings together and is super effective, I would spray in the top corners of the tent too, because at some stages they seem to prefer that space...
watering by hand....with a jug or something, so you can pour the water gently around the plants stem and reduce the overall surface dampness compared to the watering can....

That flowering clover looks great. Really great. I hope it seeds.

They all have a nice dome shape to the canopies...you haven't topped these or trained them at all??

The clone you gave me is "The One" for sure...she looks almost identical to the plants above.
I think it is wonderful testament to how well this grow is going looking across that canopy and seeing happy, healthy plants providing... :-)  They are even crowding each other in their efforts to pray to the sky :-)

Thanks dudz, I was worried about using these products but just to clarify I haven't directly sprayed the plant or soil with either solutions. The Azamax was used under the tent liner, and at the base of the tray. The sides of the fabric pot were misted directly with the essential oils. Also I opened up the sides of tent. Anyhoo I hope none got into the buds, in total I maybe used 3/4-1 oz of each solution.

so It has been 33 days since I have switched to 12/12, this was a clone and showed pistols everywhere aprox 1-2 days from switching the lights. I have been watering with 1 tbs of molasses per gallon of water, I have top dressed with fish bone meal, kelp, a teaspoon of humates, oystershells to buffer and neem seed meal. also giving it about a gal every 2-3 days with about 22oz to wet the top daily where the white clover was planted. I also have been mulching what I prune and some carrot shavings lightly buried under the soil to keep bugs away.  the worms seem happy I saw one yesterday and it was big and fat!   yesterday I noticed 2 flies at the soil level so I dumped the rest of the diatomaceous earth that morelandmoss gave me all over it and posted some sticky fly traps up at the soil level.  no flies in traps today but none to be seen.    I also purchased a 1 foot extender for the tent to get some more head space so no the tent stands 6'7''.

    questions:
I know it is not good to use sprays on the plant during flower.  I have been spraying 1/2 ml azamax diluted to 2 oz water and then used approx a 1/2 oz of that solution to spray under the tent liner, and around the base of the 15 gal pot/tray once a week (for the past two weeks).  while I do this, I have also been misting the sides of the fabric pot and all around the tray with a neem seed oil, lavender, karanja that moreland moss made for me.  I leave the tent flaps open on three sides to let it air out afterwards for a bout 5 minutes and also turn the fan off.  I am only doing this as a precautionary application there are no signs of insects other then the 2 flies I have seen yesterday.  does anybody think its a bad idea to be doing this.  when I use the azamax, or the essential oil mix I am really careful to make sure none really mists into the air from plain sight but I know it will be in the air so should I just stop this to make sure none gets into the bud or does anybody think it is unlikely to end up in my bud.

I also have been trimming a lot of fan leaves off as the canopy gets way to dense and I am afraid of air flow but I also want to ensure all the buds are getting good light.  so I go around once a week and try to clip any fan leaves that are covering buds.  is this ok or should I just let it bush out for the last couple weeks.
