    Starting a small indoor grow.....

So to show how much of a noob I am, I am posting a picture of one of the nodes on one of my plants that I still have in veg. Would most folks say that this is a female?: The second picture is of another one of my plants that I am sure is a female. Her pre-flowers don’t look at all like the first picture, and they are supposed to be of the same strain (Pineapple Haze and Second Sight)?

TW lazy grow journal, lol multiple strains!

Just goes to show you how little I know! I have just never seen leaf petals that are that long and “skinny”- I know Sativas have narrower leaf petals than Indicas, but not that long and skinny. I learn something new every time I come onto this forum; thank you TW!

Don't think so, White Nightmare from Sin City Seeds, looks pretty Sativa to me?

    Just a noob’s picture of my ghetto-grow

Here are a few pics....the first one is a female and the next is an example of one I cannot identify..... Both of these plants are supposed to be of the same genetic heritage, and the second pic sort-of looks like a female, but not like the first one which is definitely female.

    Just a noob’s picture of my ghetto-grow

I have only been able to determine the sex of two of the seven plants that I have. The two that I can identify are plain-as-day females, but the other five I’m still not sure of. There are two different phenotypes, which complicates comparisons. I guess I can just switch to flower light-cycle but I was hoping to free-up some space for the girls. i tried to take some pictures of the internodes, but my phone camera has a hard time focusing on them. If I can get a good picture of some of the internodes I will post them...

TW lazy grow journal, lol multiple strains!

This may be off-topic a little but I have six plants and I have only definitively identified the sex of two of the six (I have for sure identified two females but the other four I cannot identify). The two that I can identify are definitely female, but I just cannot say on the other four. The two females are plain-as-day easy to identify, but the others I just don’t see much. What complicated matters is that the two females are of one particular phenotype (or strain?), and the remaining four have two different strains, which complicates making comparisons. I have not switched to flowering photoperiod yet. They are all on an 18 on/6 off light cycle.

Pretty plants and flowers! By the look of the leaves I would say that those plants don’t look like your regular Sativa. Is that a Ruderalis strain?

Instructions on how to make hashish

Hey Greywolf, thank you so very much! In particular I am interested in the use of “vestal virgins....” quoted here from your blog: “There were later versions using leather aprons and tales of vestal virgins running naked through the flowering cannabis plants, and having the resin scraped from their lithe young bodies...” My question is, does Amazon carry “vestal virgins” in quantity and is there a money back guarantee on their purchase? Seriously though, the two links you provided are fine responses and they are giving me all kinds of ideas.... I really think that a lot of people do not realize the fantastic thing that is hash, or kief and they are surely missing out. For me it is easy to see why you see so many references to “manna from heaven” and hyperbolically pleasurable illustrations of the hash smoker in the literature of yore. They were not exaggerating. Hash is THAT good!

Hash of yore was made from Charas or pressed dry sieve. https://graywolfslair.com/index.php/diy-cannamed-production/9-4-extraction/9-4-1-hand-rub-charas https://graywolfslair.com/index.php/diy-cannamed-production/9-4-extraction/9-4-2-dry-sieve

Instructions on how to make hashish

    Let's ask @Graywolf
  20. Hi everyone I was curious to know if anyone can direct/educate me on how to make Hash from cured flower. I see a lot of instructions/methods of making bubble hash, but in my experience, bubble hash is not what I am looking for. I am looking for the “old school” hash that has the consistency of a fudge brownie and is typically mixed with tobacco or smoked in a pipe and has a really wonderful flavor, and I mean wonderful! I smoked some “bubble hash” from a rec dispensary in Washington County and it tasted NOTHING like the hash I remember from years ago. Thanks for the replies! I have attached a picture of what I am talking about from the Wikipedia article, “Hashish”.
  21. Hey Eddie long time no speak I'm not a ommp card holder anymore (mostly because of a lack of money but also a lack of need) but I'm wondering if there's a way I can work with a med request. I'm usually pretty good about keeping myself covered but I've been dry for a little while now and it's still a while off until my social security is deposited I'm just really hurting and figured I'd look to the community again to see if there might be some form of aid...
